I have been listening to Capital 106.3 a lot lately and they introduced me to a great new artist named Paolo Nutini. Here is a video of one of his songs. I highly recommend checking out his album!
Wow !!! Thomas, you have good taste ! I have Paolo's album 'These Streets' and find it hard to stop re-playing it. Each song is different but has its own blend of brilliant lyrics and such memorable tunes that stick in your head. Paolo's Scots accent is more apparent on some of his songs and comes across clearly in his live performances. I think that accent makes the songs even better. I do truly believe Paolo is going to be one of the great singer songwriters of this decade. He has been headlining at all our huge festivals here in England like Glastonbury and The Isle of Wight Music Festival along with Coldplay, Amy Winehouse, Snow Patrol and The Rolling Stones and will be performing at Led Zeppelins massive 200,000 concert tribute to their manager, Ahmet B. who died last year. He discovered Paolo too. So pleased to read your comment and if your'e a Brogan are you Scots or Irish by any chance ? I love both !!!
